Cancellation & No Show Policy
We understand that life happens, but to respect our clinicians’ time and ensure availability for others, the following policy applies:
Late Cancellations or Reschedules (less than 48 hours’ notice): $150 fee
No-Shows: $150 fee
Late Arrivals: If you arrive 10+ minutes late for a follow-up or 20+ minutes late for an intake, the appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show.
All cancellation/no-show fees are charged to the card on file and are not billable to insurance.
Mindspire Health is not an emergency service and does not offer crisis intervention.
